I sanded, kilzed, painted, and use an oil-based poly on my kitchen cabinets. Can you antique with a glaze or stain over the poly?

yes, but you will need to use an oil based glaze. Test on a sample (did you do the inside of your doors?). You may want to lightly sand the poly first. Be sure to put a sealant/poly on after you finish.
