I disconnected the gas dryer sensor from the burner duct and like a dope, I didn't write down which wires went to which terminals. Does it matter?
There are only two termals.
The dryer is a Kenmore if it matters at all.

Since you removed two wires it sounds like a switch. I don't believe there will be a problem. Replace wires and give her a try. If they are side sensitive the unit probably just won't come on.

Thanks,
After I replaced the ignitor, the dryer still wouldn't work. And it wasn't until I took the wires off the sensor and reattached them that the dryer starting working again. (well I took the wires off several components, however, I removed both wires from the sensor and forgot where they went)
When I reattached the sensor, the dryer began working. And I was unsure if by reattaching the wires incorrectly I might have bypassed the sensor and caused the dryer to work.
