I have an APEX DVD player (AD-1225) that won't read every DVD I put in it. I put the DVD in another DVD player and it works. It's been like this since I bought it a year and a half ago. The Apex DVD player basically picks and chooses which DVDs to play. Obviously, it's out of warranty? Any suggestions. Thank you.

Is the tv of good quality? My dvd player works fine on my Sylvania but not my off brand tv.

I ended up hooking up both DVD players to the same TV - which is a RCA. I don't think it's the brand of the TV since it worked in the other DVD player but not the Apex DVD player.

Got the kids a cheap DVD COBY $28.00 It plays them all even PAL.
