Please help me,

My electric stove cooktop temperature is in the reverse mode. When I turn the knob to LO position, the heat element is extremely HOT and vice versa. I've replaced the element, element receptacle, and the infinite switch still do the same thing. I'm out of idea. What's wrong with it?
