After looking through the website I was unable to find a repair for drywall seams that are buckling outward  (teepee affect on the wall).
I have moved into a 20 year house and have noticed the drywall joint seams are being very noticeable on the walls and being painted over how many times. Do I have to cutout the old tape area or is there another solution to this problem.
Thanks

Push on the wall to make sure it is properly attached. If it gives then you need to screw it off. I don't think you will have to cut any tape out just coat mud until flush.
