I have a Craftsman Pressure Washer model 580.751651
The pump attached directly to the engine.
Finally got the engine to run.
As for the pump itself, does this need a special type of oil or will the same engine work such as 10-W-30?

Thanks,
Jim

I have a pressure washer similar to yours, never even knew the pump needs oil? I have no idea where to even check it? Maybe someone can let us know?

SAE30 works fine in most every pump I've seen. There should be a plug on the side of the pump to drain and to fill.

Craftsman uses Synthetic 10/30.
