We have Milgard double-hung windows on the front of our house with vinyl exterior and wood interior. We bought some bookshelves that won't fit down the hallway so we were going to lift them in through the front window. The company who installed them 2 years ago said they would need to rip out the entire window and then we'd need to re-stucco around the hole. Huh? I thought there was a way to pop out both the moving and stationary panes. Help!
