We recently had a neo-angle frameless shower door enclosure installed. The door appears to be crooked as there appears to be a narrow space between the top of the door and the header track that gradually widens from one side to the other. From top to the bottom of the door, opposite the hinge side, there seems to be the same issue. We have been told this sometimes happens due to the tile bases the glass "rests on" may not be level. Using a level, they all seem to be fine.
Is there any reason this should be considered normal?
We are going to continue to pursue the matter, but I would welcome any input.

Did you check to see if the door was plumb? (up and down) Could be a bad or badly installed hinge. Some shower hinges have adjustments for this type problem. Good luck.

Thank you much!
I will check into both of those as possibilities.
If it isn't obvious, not being "handy" with these things makes it a little difficult to figure out.
Appreciate your help

That an unlevel base can throw the panels off is roughly correct - actually it's a base out of true that will do it (i.e. not flat - it may be level or not). The installer should have set the panels true to each other regardless, checking the door fit, and I suspect just wasn't paying attention. One side has to come up a bit.
