I have a Craftsman snowblower #536.884780 for which I need a replacement wheel. The plastic wheel /tire is a 16x1.75, 2 1/4 inch center spoke hub, 1/2 inch arbor, part #336664. Sears says it's no longer available and has no substitute. Can anyone help. Thanks

It is true that this is no longer available, since 8/24/01 specifically. Option 1, match, as close as possible, with a pneumatic wheel/tire assembly. Option 2, find two matching, similar size, pneumatic tire/wheels. Option 3, find a OPE bone yard in your area and walk through looking for an exact replacement. I'd say option two is your best bet. Don't forget to find one that matches the securement type of the original - likely a 1/4" bolt and nut on the outside of the wheel hub going through the drive axle. Wheel offset and location of securement hole will have to be taken into consideration as well as ID of wheel must correspond with that of the axle diameter.
