water test from faucet after NEW iron filter and NEW water softner

NEGATIVE FOR IRON BACTERIA
NEW WELL PIPES INSTALLED, CLEANED WELL PUMP, CLEANED CISTERN, SO WHAT SHOULD WE DO TO GET OUR WATER DRINKABLE AND ABLE TO GET THE SMELL OUT AND RUST IN UPSTAIRS PIPES AND SOFTNESS BACK.. ALSO WE REMOVED ANNODE FROM HOT WATER HEATER.
