I have had a constant drip coming from my shower head (not from the wall or where the head screws onto the stem coming from the wall, but from the actual head). This drip occurs when I turn the shower off. I changed heads thinking a gasket may have been bad, but the new one leaks as well...Could there be some adjustment I need to make to the handle that turns the water on and off (maybe it is not completely shutting off the water). When I changed the head there was a steady trickle coming from the stem... Any ideas, I appreciate your help.

chalderfer, Welcome to the DIY Forums.
Yup, sounds like the faucet is not turning off all the way. If it is single handle, there is a cartridge that needs repair or replaced. "O" rings go bad and allow water to leak by.
Dual handles, one or both washers on the stems are bad and need replaced. Good luck and reply back with any other questions.
