Hi,
I recently had a plumber rebuild a symmons shower valve in one of my apts.
The tennant called saying the diverter handle fell out weeks later.
It is held in with a clip, and I know how to repair it,execept I can't remove the metal handle to diassemble the rest?
Any ideas on how to remove this?Do I need to get a faucet handle puller?
thanks in advance...

I would go to the symmons website (found on google) and find the parts explosion for your specific valve.

I have been to that site before for questions about these valves; they are not common in my area.
