Does anyone know how to wallpaper over louvered vents and get a pattern match?

I've been thinking about your question and now I have a question.Do you mean, how do you make the vent match the wall it is mounted on or does a seam fall on the vent? Also,for further thought,is this vent metal or wood and what size are the slats.
