Greetings,
I apologize if this has been discussed already, but I am replacing a 10 year old Cull Mark 89 softner with a generic water conditioning system.
I wish to know where I could locate a solution for connecting to the original Culligan bypass valve. The culligan bypass switch is apparently slightly smaller between quick connect fittings and are slightly smaller than the new unit.
Does anyone know of a manufacturer for a set of adapters which would allow me to use the original bypass valve with my new conditioner?
If not, I have my torch and tools ready to take the old setup out and hopefully get the new one installed.
Any suggestions you may have would be greatly appreciated.
Sincerely.

All by-pass valves are made for the specific brand of control valve you have and I've never seen one to mate to two different brands. With the exception of some of the big box store sister brands like Sears and maybe North Star. Thats why a new by-pass valve should be ordered with all new softeners.
If your by-pass is brass, it is a Divert-A-Flo made for Culligan unless the Culligan name is on a Fleck twin tank 9x00 control. Then it's a Fleck by-pass.
