My pressure in my water system is slowly losing pressure. Pressure is set at 35# low and 50# high. Tank pressure is set at 33# with bladder tank drained. I have isolated the discharge side of the tank by shutting off gate valve between tank and house. I have replaced the check valve between the pump and the tank. What now???? Terry.

Hi Terry, and Welcome to DIY Forums .
- I hope we can help you, this is one of those problems where the person on site has to be really vigilant for air leaks. -Assuming that the gate valve ( I hate those, they often go wrong) and the check valve are NOT leaking, then the leak HAS to be somewhere in between. Get a spray container that sprays a mix of liquid soap and water, and spray all connections one by one, looking for bubbles. Also all fittings on tank. (with pressure up ). If there are absolutely none then one of those valves is leaking . I see lots of both gate valves that don't fully close, and check valves with a speck of rust or dirt in them.
