My home is 5 years old, and many of the closets have bi fold doors on them. The problem that I have with these doors is the hardware on many of the often used doors has worn out and the door is no longer properly seated.
Any suggestions on fixing this?

Look closely at the hardware to see if you can simply adjust them to overcome any wear. Other options will be to replace either just the hardware or you can replace both doors and hardware. I suspect adjsutment may fix your problem; 5 years would be a fairly short period of time for them to have already worn out.

There is usually an adjustment screw at the top near the pivot pin. This will move the top right and left. On the bottom is usually a screw pin that you can adjust up and down. Plus the bottom pin has teeth that let you move it right and left. Between these three adjusments you can tune up your door.
