Looking for a part list for a Coleman furnace and or a owners manual.

Also what are the specs on the ignighter distance from the ground rod?
What is the proper reading from the flame sensor when testing?

Which ignition control do you have? Can you post a link to some pics of the ignitor assembly?

What are you trying to do??

Every now and then this unit fails on the burner fireing. Its works fine for a period and then it will fail. Might do this once. might do it twice. Then its ok for whenever. So i need testing info to locate the problem when the problem happens.
Need part numbers because anything York International gets ahold of keeps the info top secret and only through dealers. Also whenYourk gets ahold of things they change part no. to there own and only York people can access the info. With curent part numbers i can find what I need when I need them on the web

Looking for:
1. Parts list
2. testing specs
proper readings from the flame sensor
spark electrode settings and testing

Everyone say's could be this or that on the board but where is the testing?
When I want to fix something I don't play Mr. parts changer

Its a electrode setup with a shorter ground ron off the mount and a flame sensor all mounted on the same bracket.

I mean no disrespect but a natural gas gun type burner is nothing to mess with if you are not experienced. I doubt very much if you will find anywhere that has the info you are looking for.

Who said I knew nothing? What is the danger in getting a meter reading on a thermal pile, flame sensor or a glow igniter? Such a simple thing to do and find out whether it is good or bad instead of throwing good money away. Never mentioned if it was Nat or propane (not that it makes a difference).
what is so hard as to get the new part numbers for a unit?
I ask for Tec info because not all thermal piles and such have the same specs.
and its all part of fixing the unit right and not play parts changer as a lot of "professionals" do either just to take you for more money and the ones that were plumbers with no education who get into installing new systems but know nothing about testing anything much less servicing them proper.

If you are going to do the people justice here not only is there a process in the trouble shooting that brings you to the possible faults were you test and rule out the items that are not BROKE. Then move down the process till you find the failed part or bad adjustment like a gap setting..

Check the gas valve and see if it has the milivolt rating on it.

Ok you can have 750 millivolt generator by honeywell
A 750 millivolt thermopile by robertshaw
Then we have a G251 operator cartridge by General controls has 250 mV

So like Matt said look at the control and see what you have

Does the unit fail to ignite or does it shut down after ignition? What is the gas pressure? What is the microamp reading on the flame sensor? Try Style Crest. They are the company handling Coleman warranty & tech service.
