question is how do you cut the tile grout line in the concrete to give it the tile look and keeo a straight line?

you could used a hand grinder with a concrete blade on it to scrool the floor with.
just chalk the floor in square using a chalk line and used a piece of wood as a guide line to follow the mark on the floor
