Does anybody have any experience with Stone Technologies Concrete Sealer X-1? It is supposed to provide a water proof and radon proof barrier in the concrete.
I want to seal the concrete in our basement before we refinish it and homes in this area tend to have high radon levels - we have a passive mitigation system (as required by codes) and we tested on the high side just inside the safe range.
I thought if this stuff really works, I could kill two birds with one stone and maybe make it a little safer place for the kids to play at the same time.
Thanks in advance.
