Leaking refrigerator...please help!!!

undefined :wall: my magic chef refrigerator is leaking down the back wall, it's a small trickle of water that goes all the way down the back wall and out the bottom when i open it. i pulled it out and took off the back panel and cleaned it out a couple of days ago. i'm not sure what to do and would appreciate any advice!! it's about 6 years old. thanks!!

Hi misstina,
- it's possible the drain line down the back has become plugged or disconnected. check for a small tube that should be connected to back of freezer section. Also look inside rear of freezer to see if drain hole is iced up. :cool:

thanks!! i took off the tube in back and blew air into it both ways...it seems to have stopped!! i'm keeping my fingers crossed!! where is the drain hole in the freezer,,,just for future reference? thanks so much for your help!!

Hi misstina,
- the freezer usually has a drainhole somewhere along the lower back edge.They seems to block with ice sometimes, causing problems :cool:
