I have a 7 year old Profile Washer that creates a tremendous racket when it spins. I replaced the upper stabilizing arm that attaches the tub to the frame. (It had broken probably because of the violence of the spinning.) I have also leveled the unit. I am not overloading and have tried to redistribute tub's contents more evenly. Still get loud scary intermittent thumping. Am I missing another stabilizer somewhere on the unit? Tried to call up the diagrams from the parts websites, but can't seem to find another strap or brace that may serve the purpose.

Thanks.

I'm not familiar with your particular washer, but there are sometimes "dampeners" down near the bottom. They allow the drum to move but dampen the movement like a shock absorber. Sometimes they are just a sheet of metal sliding in a slot. The slot squeezes the steel plate providing some resistance. I've often seen the steel plate jump right out of slot and start banging.
