A-Aprilair, and Honywell are the ones I've been around, and they all seems to work well.

B- You can find the Honeywell one at Home Depot.

C- Unit itself will be about $100 at HD, plus the kit.. I am drawing a blank on the kit cost.

To put in a humidifer is for sure a DIY job use a by pass one and tie it to the blower with a A 50 current sensing relay If you can tie it into a hot water line

i have a slop sink thats about 10 feet away from my furnace, so would it be right to say i should go for the Aprilaire 400 or can i simply run the drain line along the wall to the sink?
