My WTS is not functioning at all ... well ... except for the clock and dial for hardness that is. The buttons on the RHS do not react at all. For instance to set time to treat nor treating now button. It does have a battery low flashing dot but I cannot find where the battery goes and I cannot find the manual. Any clues folks? Need help or a manual. Thanks!!!

Go to www.ecowater.com and look up a local dealer and get a manual or ask for service.

What is WTS and RHS?

WTS = Water Treatment System
RHS = Right Hand Side
