How old is it?

If it's an older one say over 12 + years, you'll have a fan limit control that maybe set too close, or it's just getting weak.

How's the air filter?

Any furnace with a snap action type fan control is subject to this fan short cycling. It happens when the fan switch gets weak. Mobile home furnaces are the most notorious for this problem.

If I'm not mistaken, & I could be, the NUGK used a Camstat fan/limit. The Camstats are a snap action contol. I will try to find out for sure. What happens if you set the fan switch on the thermostat to "ON" rather than automatic. If the fan continues to short cycle, I would suspect a bad fan motor or capacitor.
