Hi,
I bought some really great woven carpet treads/rugs for my stairs. (Like a rugs for each stair) How do I install these? Is there a way to not use nails, but yet keep the down side useable for reversing the treads when they get worn? Any advice would be great! Thanks.

No.
Use nails. The holes can be filled later.
