What is the recommend for wire size (gauge) for motion sensors and keypads 200 feet from the control panel?

I use 22 gauge 4 conductor.

22-4 should do the trick. If you are really worried about voltage drop, go up to 18-4, but it's a bit of an overkill for that distance. We're talking pretty low current draws.
