Magnavox Color Shifts

I have a Magnavox PS1963 C125 that has the colors messed up somehow. It seams that the blue is shifted about an eigth of an inch left, and the red is shifted an eighth of an inch right. In effect, a white "1" shows up as a blue "1" followed by a green "1" followed by a red "1".
I can find no setting to help with this?
Can I fix this? Should a shop fix this? Should it go in the bug circular file?

The convergence is off and can be corrected. It should be left to someone with the proper test equipment.
