Hi,
I have a 1 year old Whirlpool Gold Washer (model GSQ9633LW1).
After filling the washer, I noticed water accumulating in the pan underneath. Approximately 1/2 inch. It did not seem to be pouring into the pan, but I did drain the water from the tub and stopped the cycle. Could something need to be tightened. Since the washer is in a pan it is somewhat difficult for one person to troubleshoot.
Thanks,

Hi Sandy,
- there are a number of places it could and does leak from. you really have to pull the front and/or top off and run some water in it and see where the leak originates. Then we can help with how to fix it.
Do it Right - Do it once.
