I am wanting to re-paint the walls in our rented house. They have previously been painted with enamel paint. Must I remove this in order to repaint? And if so, with what method?

Vanessa, You will not have to remove the existing paint other than any loose or scaling. To help you from here we will have to know if you think the enamel is oil...Mike
