I could not enter the programming mode so I performed a hardware reset (EEPROMS to factory defaults). This did not help. Apparently the installer enabled the installer's lockout feature at the time of installation which now prevents me from making changes to my system (delay times, bypass zones, etc. Smarthome says there is no way of re-entering the programming mode without the installer's code. What do I do now?

I think that there are a few panel unlocking services, but it would probably cost about as much to simply get another master board. They sell them without the cabinet or other hardware.
