Just about ready for carpet in new bonus room.Do the door frames/casing on the closet doors and the entry doors go all the way down to the floor?Or do you leave a gap for the carpet to tuck into? Thank you ever so much for all you proffesionals that answer our questions.

Install the casings and jambs first. there will probably be a slight gap at the bottom. Don't worry about leaving space for the carpet, it is a non issue compared to having a plumb, level and properly working door.
