I need to get a large sectional couch into a third floor rec room. The door doing up to the room is 29 1/2 inch wide. I believe my only option is to remove the window frame and boom the furniture up to the third floor. Does anybody have any experience with this?

I've known a few people who had to remove upstairs windows to get furniture in the upstairs. I once gave a sofa to a mover because it would not make the turn in a stairway. Good luck & post back & let us know if you succeeded.
