Fireplaces, Heating Stoves, Flues and Chimneys - Warning: Firefly Electric Fireplace Rip Off

Hi, All:

Just wanted to post to warn you all that if you were considering an electric fire place DON'T BUY A Firefly brand fireplace. I paid for mine in September, their toll-free phone is disconnected and they are dodging me as I try to get a refund out of them. I think they're probably going under and are going to run off with everybody's money. I've alerted all kinds of consumer fraud agencies, but my money is probably gone. Don't lose yours!

Always buy online with a credit card or Paypal with buyer protection service.

If you don't get the merchandise within 30 days, contact the credit company and tell them you want the charges reversed.
