noisy heat pump compressor

my unit is about a year old. When it starts, it makes a terrible noise, kind of a low pitched roar. My contractor says it is because it is a large unit a five top ton. Is this normal? It is a Trane unit. thanks.

I normally don't have problems with trane units, but I have had to move the hot gas tube. This tube is piped between the compressor and the reversing valve. This tube hits the base and vibrates it does make noises.

Hope you can find the problem better yet he solution.

Can you pin it down out side like feel the big line there are is it more like in the compressor??? Fan blade ok dont hit are rub on anything??
