I've set up a desk and mirror in the master closet so my wife can use that area in the mornings while preparing for work. There is a single bulb lighting fixture in there and there are no outlets on the wall (however the closet is rather large).

What I want to do it replace the lighting fixture with a two-light fixture and also add an outlet for things like a curling iron or blow dryer...

I was able to find a wall-mount type fixture with an outlet like the ones common in the 70's, but it only was for one light and, again, it was for a wall and not the ceiling.

This leads me to my question... what could I do to make this work and is there any specific link or place that has what I need?

Thanks!

There are many considerations. First, don't even consider for one second installing a wall fixture on a ceiling--most of them melt if you do that. Second, the codes for closets are very strict. I know that you don't think of this as a closet anymore, but chances are that the code still does. I suggest you mount the light on the wall over the closet door. Third, curling irons and hair dryers use a lot of power. Don't tap off any existing circuits for this receptacle. You're going to need a brand new 20-amp circuit with nothing else on it.
