Motorcycles, Snowmobiles, Go-Carts, ATV's and Golf Carts - Kuryakyn cruiser boards

I have been investigating a problem I am having with a set of Kuryakyn cruiser boards. The instructions for them state they fit up to 1 1/4" bars. The bars I'm installing them to is 1 3/8". I cannot find anyone that even heard of this size bar. My question is if I order the mounts for 1 1/2" bars, will they pull down tight enough to mount on the bars? If not, who would you recommend I send these mounts to to have the openings made larger? Right now, any help would be appreciated. Thanks :wall:

I did not have your problem, so I can't offer advice myself, but call Kuryakyn and explain your situation to them. They are very helpful.

Thanks for the reply. What I'm going to do is buy the 1 1/2" mounts, and shim them to fit the smaller bar. I'm sure I can find something reliable to make up the 1/8". Again, thanks.
