I have one room have been painted on the wall with sand texture.Can i paint over with eggshell paint(the rest other room are eggshell)will it better look,because my wife doesnt like the texture on the wall.What kind i would paint? please help.Thank you

You can use any kind of paint you would like over the sand finish. Egg will show the texture of the sand more than say a flat paint but a flat paint will show dirt and mark easier. This sand finish is hard deal with as far as removal and getting a smooth finish....Mike
