I have a GE washer, its about 7-8 years old. When the washer goes into spin mode it will get going up to maybe 3/4 speed then motor kicks off, slows down a bit then motors kicks on, speeds back up, then kicks off again. Does not reach full spinning speed. Doesnt matter load size. We took all the clothes out and just had small amount of water in it, it still acted this way.
Any help with this would be much appreciated.
