Well actually I do have hot water, but in the far corner master bathroom, the hot water is REAL slow to get hot. I have a delta faucet with a seperate hot and cold knob. The water flows fine out of the faucet with hot water selected, but it takes forever to get hot. Doesnt bother me cause I dont use hot water, but the wife will sit there and let the water run for 3 minutes till it heats up and it kills me to waste that much water. All other faucets in the house heat up just fine, just the one in our room. It is the farthest room from the water heater, dont know if that has anything to do with it. Any thoughts would be appreciated.

You might consider a hot water demand system for that master bathroom. These are easy to install and save thousands of gallons of water per year. Metlund makes a good one (see link below).

thanks for the info, I bet that would work great, but I dont have an electrical outlet under my sink (does anyone?). The other thing that is wierd is that I get normal hot water flow in a timely fashion to the shower that is in the room, and I cant think that it is any further to the shower than it is to the sink. I would asume that it is even on the same water line. Its an old house, built in 1964.
