Read up on how to access Ademco-type alarm systems. This one was (I think) a modified Ademco 4120xm. In any case, so long as the installer lockout feature was not enabled, you should be able to follow the power up procedure and extract the installer code. I'll have to check my manual stash. This isn't one I stumble over very often, and I don't have access to First Alert's dealer area.

Thanks, I did find it there but would rather not have to pay to get it.

In that case, you will likely not get the manual at all. The manufacturers of these systems make dealers and installers jump through a lot of hoops to get access to their online databases, and they put some conditions on their disbursment.

Not to discourage you, mind you. This is a quite old system, and someone may have it scanned in, but don't count on it.
