I just bought a house and there is about 125 Feet of fence around it and alot of flowers and bushes and trees. The fences needs painting. It also has what looks like green mold or mildew? a friend suggested with all the segatation that I consider Whte Wash. It this a good solution?

Kill the mildew and mold before you paint. If you don't, it will come thru the new paint. I would coat it with a premium latex paint with a mildewcide additive.
