Help! I have the above referenced model and have replaced the Water Panel and the humidifier still does not work. I have disconnected the water at the inlet fitting; removed the in-line strainer from inside the inlet fitting by using a small nail and cleaned and blown through it; have disconnedted the water at the outlet fitting and made sure that the orifice was not plugged. Water is getting into the inlet strainer but for some reason is not getting to the outlet. I know that water is getting through because if I do not connect the nuts back there is water leaking on the inlet side but nothing is coming through the outlet side. Is it perhaps the solenoid valve? How exactly other than assuming that it is not working, do I check it? All the connections to the humidstat and the furnace seem to be tight? Any suggestions?

Lose the nut on the--- out ---side of the solenoid and have the humidifier turn on. do you get water there.

Ed, thank you for your response. I loosened the nut on the out side and there is no water on the "out" side which made me think that because it was not getting through that perhaps it was the solenoid valve. Do you have anymore suggestions?

Put your hand on it and see if it works. when the humidifer comes on You say you have water at the IN side of it. So does it work??? is there power to it??? L:ets check that now.
