We just had a Maytag electric water heater installed. The cold water flows but there is no hot water coming out. Do you think it could be the valve ball stuck. The valve just keeps turning.

Just to make sure I understand your question (choose one)...
1. When you turn on the hot water handle at the faucet are you getting a good water flow but the water is cold?
2. When you turn on the hot water handle there is very low or no water flow?

We actually figured it out...............The valve going to the water heater had to be replaced.
