My best coffee brewer ever has stopped feeding water into the heating chamber. The problem occured in mid-brew, the heating cycle appeared to terminate normally.
I have looked for a replacement, I really have. A computer tech ought to be able to at least investigate. That led to a puzzle:
The valve from tank to the heating chamber appears to be working in reverse. I can blow air back up into the tank, but the valve locks tight when it apply suction. Perhaps I dont understand the feed process. The heating chamber and piping to the basket sprinkler are open and unobstructed. The silicone feed tubes are open and unobstructed. There are no signs of corrosion or biuldup anywhere. the unit is squeaky clean. The electronics and heater appear fine.
This unit appears to be well made, and certainly is the best coffee producer I ever owned. What am I missing?
Thanks
Terry
