I ran into this site while doing research to upgrade my wall heaters http://www.eheat.us/?opt=
I tried to do some research on it but found 3 reviews on Amazon where those people say it works very well.

I'm thinking of putting one in my bedroom but was wondering if anyone on this forum has one of these.
I have not used these. but I've heard they are nice.
I installed two of these panels in our Master bath/ Walk in closet for some supplemental heating and they work as advertised. I installed them with the premium t-stat so they work at night to make sure the bathroom is warm in the morning (house will be at 65F but bathroom will be at 70-72F). This makes my wife happy because she has a warm morning routine and it makes me happy because the heat pumps don't need to be keeping the house at 72F when its 20 degrees out (like now).
I would advise getting a panel for every 100 sq. ft. you want to heat, and don't expect miracles. My anecdotal evidence suggests that these panels can add about 5 degrees (F) of heat above the ambient temp - if the room is closed off from the rest of the house and you give it 6-8 hours to heat up. I would not want to count on these as the sole heat source.
Each panel only consumes 425W which is like running 7 x 60W lamps - about 4 cents an hour where I live (8 cents per KW-hour). Running both panels 8-10 hours per night adds about $20 or $30 per month to electric bill.
You really can touch them while they are on, but you can't keep your hand there more than 15 or 20 seconds. They can be painted to match your wall and blend in suprisingly well. I wouldn't use them as a towel warmer, but I'm sure some people do.
I'm happy with the purchase and would recommend them. One word of advice, make sure you understand how big these are - do a cutout of the dimensions they give you at the website and put it on your wall. They take up alot of space.
I have had one of these for about 3 months in my bedroom and it works pretty well, but one caveat is to take seriously the square footage recommendations of the manufacturer and don't try to fudge at all (which I did). Definitely one panel per 100 square feet maximum. I think two panels in my 140 sq. ft. room would have worked fine. I bought this one to try out with the idea of getting more if I liked them. Ultimately, I've decided not to get more and this one will probably end up in the walk in closet. All in all, I think it's a good solution for problem cold spots.
