When I turn on the shower not all the water is coming out of the shower head.How do I fix this problem

Need a brand name or a picture to better help you. You didn't even specify how many handles or how old.

the name brand is moen and it has a push pull knob to switch from bath to shower

Turn off the water, remove the handle, and remove the cartridge and take it to a store and get one exactly like it and replace the cartridge.
