Last June, we had our unit checked due to a/c not functioning. Now, the heat isn't working when we switch the thermostat to the heat/auto, the emergency heat/auto, the heat/on or emergency heat/on. The outside unit kicks on and off (as if in confusion) and the vents blow cold air. I'm terribly frustrated and can't really swing the $69 just to get the pros in to tell me what the problem is... please help!
