I have read articles on using mildew "proof" tub and tile caulk, but can only find mildew "resistant" caulk.

Can anyone tell me where i can get mildew proof caulk and the brand name?

Thank you,

Steve

Hi SAT,
Welcome to the DIY Forums.
There is no such thing as mildew PROOF. Mildew is a form of mold that is present in all moist air here on earth. It will grow on ANY surface exposed to moist air not just caulk. There are mildew Resistant caulks that make it harder for mildew to get a foothold but not impossible. Use a mildew resistant caulk and clean regularly with a mild bleach solution and provide good ventilation to increase drying. This should keep mildew problems at bay.
Good luck with your project and reply back if you have further questions.
