We moved into an older home and the previous owners let their child write all over the walls and ceiling with marker. We have tried primer, sealer and a coat of paint and it still bleeds through. What else can we possibly do? Any help is appreciated. Thanks.

If you can find some Parks Primer Sealer that is alcohol based it will almost certainly hold back the marker ink. Also I think one of the Zinnser products is alcohol based. It may take spotting the marks two times.
