HELP-I'm in the middle of painting my kitchen cabinets (dark stained, varnished wood to white latex). I used tsp substitute and followed directions ( no rinse) and painted the first coat of One and Only Vasper Primer just fine. The second coat started to lift first coat down the varnished wood in certain places. First coat felt dry and I waited several hours. When this started happening I waited over night to finish second coat-still happened next day. What could the problem be? Should I finish the job or is it a waste of time? Should I just have it resurfaced by a pro? Thanks
